Jacques Couturier is a singer-songwriter and composer living and working in France. For recording and playing music, he uses a home-studio.
While in college, he won a first prize in a song contest. His voice is a mixture of Engelbert Humperdink and Frank Sinatra, having the ability to sing and write both in English and French. In his solo and orchestral works for other instruments, there is a reminiscence of the great masters like Beethoven, Chopin, Debussy and some influence of Jazz and blues.
Nowadays, J. Couturier, shares his time between playing, composing, teaching music and working as a paint-artist doing paintings and portraits.
