Ian is a Multi-Instrumentalist that Writes, Produces, Audio Engineers, and tracks all of Roads material in his recording studio. His influence comes from life experiences and desires.
Roads is also influences by Death Cab For Cutie, Ben Gibbard, The Postal Service, Coldplay, Phoenix, Mumford and Sons, Sigur Ros, Jonsi and many more incredible artists.
The meaning behind Roads is that everyone has their own path of life. We all experience Running, Falling, Skipping, Crawling, and Stumbling time after time in life. Our own personal roads captures the changes, the unexpected and the experiences we face. All of our paths are different but we can relate with each other and understand that experience.
